Pastor and First Lady

Pastor Jay dearly loves his family and enjoys hunting, fishing, and brown-spotted bananas. He genuinely loves people and has no problem working around the church to help make it a better place. He truly has a heart for God, God’s people, and the house of God.

The LeClercqs have been officially pastoring Livingston for 15 faithful years. They have given their time, talents, abilities, blood, sweat, tears, and prayers to help make FPC of Livingston operate in the will of God and be what it is today.

Sunday School Superintendent

Brother Joey Castleberry, originally from Kansas, has served as a Sunday School teacher for 6 years and is currently part of the Praise team and the Media team. He enjoys skating, hunting, discgolf, and helping his dad with numerous projects. He and his wife, Kristen, have a passion for serving the Lord and His people.

Children’s Evangelist/Puppet Pulpit

Bro. Micah has an awesome ministry called the Puppet Pulpit where he uses his skill as a ventriloquist to connect with & teach children about Christ. When not ministering at other churches, he is a Sunday School teacher and on the media team. A recent graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University, he is pursuing his masters in Speech and Language Pathology.

Spanish Translator/Prayer Minister

Brother Wolfgang “Wolfie” Quintanilla grew up in the Untied States, but his family is originally from Guatemala. He has been serving the Lord since 2012. He has a strong desire for the power of prayer in the church, for digging deep into the word of God, and for the unity of the body of Christ.

Bus Captain/Youth Leader/ABLE Ministry Director

Who says you can’t be involved in everything? The Stewarts love serving in anyway they can. Bro. Joseph is a member of the Praise Team, the current Youth Leader and is the Bus Director. Serving as the youth pastor at FPC of Livingston, it is Bro. Joseph’s vision that the youth at First Pentecostal Church of Livingston grows a profound relationship with God, and that the call of God would consume them and they prosper. Bro. Joseph has been a licensed minister with the United Pentecostal Church International (UPCI) since 2014 and has been in the ministry since 2011. He and his wife, Sarah, enjoy serving the youth at FPC of Livingston. Both Bro. Joseph and Sis. Sarah serve as Sunday School teachers, though she directs the Children’s Choir and is the first ever Louisiana ABLE Ministries Director.
